新年のご挨拶
新年あけましておめでとうございます。
一般社団法人AI・IoT普及推進協会代表理事兼事務局長の阿部 満でございます。
当協会は令和元年の創業以来、本年度で8年目を迎えることとなりました。これまで経済産業省関連施策、地方自治体、ならびに多くの民間企業の皆様と共に、AI・IoTを中心としたDX支援を積み重ねて参りました。これもひとえに、日頃よりご支援・ご協力を賜っております皆様のお力添えの賜物であり、心より御礼申し上げます。
本年度も昨年に引き続き、日本国内に加え、インド、ベトナム、中南米を中心とした海外地域において、現地の実情に即したDX・技術人材育成・事業支援を進めていく予定です。グローバルにおいても、AI・IoTはもはや一部の先進企業だけの技術ではなく、産業全体の基盤技術として定着しつつあります。
一方、日本国内に目を向けると、少子高齢化と地方人口減少は今後さらに進行し、従来の人手・労働集約型モデルでは社会・産業の持続が困難な局面に入りつつあります。この課題に対する現実的な解として、AI・IoTに加え、ロボティクス・オートメーション分野の技術進展が急速に進んでいます。
これにより、日本では「フィジカルAI」や「サイバーフィジカルシステム（CPS）」の活用が本格化し、単なるIT化・業務効率化としてのDX、いわゆるBPR中心のDXから、現場・設備・人・データが連動する真のDXへと段階的に移行していくと考えています。これは、従来の延長線上にあるDXではなく、産業構造そのものを変革するフェーズへの移行を意味します。
こうした流れの中で、当協会グループは（一社）AI・IoT普及推進協会の活動に加え、（一社）ロボティクス・オートメーション普及推進協会を軸としたロボティクス・オートメーション分野の人材育成・実装支援の輪を、国内外に広げて参ります。AI・IoTとロボティクスを統合的に理解し、現場で実装できる人材の育成こそが、これからの日本に不可欠であると確信しています。
本年は、こうした多様なテクノロジーが有機的に結びつき、日本のDXが「真のDX」へと進む第一段階に突入する重要な年になると考えています。当協会グループは、今後も机上の理論にとどまらない、現場に根ざした実践的なDX支援を通じて、企業・地域・社会の持続的な発展に貢献して参ります。
本年も変わらぬご指導、ご支援を賜りますよう、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

New Year’s Greeting
Happy New Year.
My name is Mitsuru Abe, Representative Director and Secretary General of the AI & IoT Promotion Association.
Since our establishment in 2019, this year marks the eighth year of our activities. During this time, we have steadily accumulated practical achievements in supporting DX initiatives in collaboration with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, local governments, and numerous private-sector companies. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the generous support and trust of all our partners, for which I would like to express my sincere gratitude.
In the coming year, in addition to our activities within Japan, we plan to further expand our support efforts overseas, particularly in India, Vietnam, and Latin America. Globally, AI and IoT technologies are no longer limited to advanced enterprises but are becoming fundamental infrastructures across industries.
Looking ahead to Japan’s future, the accelerating decline in population and rapid aging of society—especially in regional areas—pose serious structural challenges. Under such circumstances, the advancement of robotics and automation technologies, alongside AI and IoT, will play a crucial role in sustaining industries and society.
As a result, Japan is expected to see significant progress in Physical AI and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS). This will lead to a transition from conventional DX focused on IT-driven process improvement and business process reengineering (BPR) to a new phase of “true DX,” where AI, IoT, robotics, and automation are integrated directly into real-world operations.
In this context, our association group will continue to expand the scope of activities of the Robotics & Automation Promotion Association in close collaboration with the AI & IoT Promotion Association. We firmly believe that developing professionals who can integrate AI, IoT, robotics, and automation and implement them in real industrial settings is essential for Japan’s future.
This year marks the beginning of a critical phase in which diverse technologies will converge and Japan’s DX efforts will enter the first stage of genuine transformation. Our association group remains committed to realizing true DX through practical, field-oriented support that contributes to the sustainable growth of businesses, regions, and society.

Mi nombre es Mitsuru Abe, Director Representante y Secretario General de la Asociación para la Promoción de AI e IoT.
Desde nuestra fundación en 2019, este año marca el octavo año de nuestras actividades. A lo largo de este periodo, hemos acumulado numerosos logros en el apoyo a iniciativas de transformación digital (DX), en colaboración con el Ministerio de Economía, Comercio e Industria, gobiernos locales y muchas empresas privadas. Deseo expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento a todos ustedes por su constante apoyo y confianza.
Durante el presente año, además de nuestras actividades en Japón, planeamos ampliar aún más nuestro apoyo a nivel internacional, especialmente en India, Vietnam y América Latina. A nivel global, las tecnologías de AI e IoT ya no son exclusivas de empresas avanzadas, sino que se están consolidando como infraestructuras fundamentales en diversos sectores.
En cuanto al futuro de Japón, el avance de la baja natalidad y el envejecimiento de la población, junto con la disminución demográfica en las regiones, plantea desafíos estructurales cada vez más graves. En este contexto, el progreso de las tecnologías de robótica y automatización, junto con AI e IoT, será un factor clave para la sostenibilidad industrial y social.
Como resultado, se espera que Japón avance significativamente en el desarrollo de la Inteligencia Artificial Física y los Sistemas Ciberfísicos (CPS). Esto conducirá a una transición desde un DX centrado únicamente en la mejora de procesos mediante TI y la reingeniería de procesos de negocio (BPR), hacia una etapa de “DX verdadero”, en la que AI, IoT, robótica y automatización estén plenamente integradas en las operaciones reales.
Ante esta evolución, nuestro grupo de asociaciones continuará ampliando las actividades de la Asociación para la Promoción de la Robótica y la Automatización, en estrecha colaboración con la Asociación para la Promoción de AI e IoT. Creemos firmemente que la formación de profesionales capaces de integrar y aplicar estas tecnologías en el terreno es indispensable para el futuro de Japón.
Este año representa el inicio de una fase clave en la que diversas tecnologías convergerán y el DX en Japón avanzará hacia una transformación auténtica. Nuestro grupo continuará comprometido con la realización de un DX práctico y orientado al campo, contribuyendo al desarrollo sostenible de las empresas, las regiones y la sociedad.

Chúc mừng năm mới.
Tôi là Mitsuru Abe, Giám đốc Đại diện kiêm Tổng Thư ký của Hiệp hội Thúc đẩy AI & IoT.
Hiệp hội của chúng tôi được thành lập vào năm 2019 và năm nay đánh dấu năm hoạt động thứ tám. Trong suốt thời gian qua, chúng tôi đã tích lũy nhiều thành tựu thực tiễn trong việc hỗ trợ chuyển đổi số (DX), thông qua hợp tác với Bộ Kinh tế, Thương mại và Công nghiệp, các chính quyền địa phương và nhiều doanh nghiệp tư nhân. Tôi xin chân thành cảm ơn sự ủng hộ và tin tưởng quý báu từ tất cả quý vị.
Trong năm nay, bên cạnh các hoạt động tại Nhật Bản, chúng tôi dự kiến sẽ tiếp tục mở rộng hỗ trợ ra thị trường quốc tế, đặc biệt là tại Ấn Độ, Việt Nam và khu vực Mỹ Latinh. Trên phạm vi toàn cầu, AI và IoT không còn là công nghệ dành riêng cho một số doanh nghiệp tiên tiến mà đang trở thành nền tảng thiết yếu của nhiều ngành công nghiệp.
Đối với tương lai của Nhật Bản, tình trạng già hóa dân số và suy giảm dân số, đặc biệt tại các địa phương, đang ngày càng trở nên nghiêm trọng. Trong bối cảnh đó, sự phát triển của công nghệ robot và tự động hóa, cùng với AI và IoT, sẽ đóng vai trò then chốt trong việc duy trì xã hội và ngành công nghiệp.
Theo đó, Nhật Bản sẽ thúc đẩy mạnh mẽ sự phát triển của AI vật lý (Physical AI) và Hệ thống Không gian mạng – Vật lý (Cyber-Physical Systems: CPS). Điều này sẽ dẫn đến sự chuyển dịch từ DX truyền thống tập trung vào cải tiến quy trình bằng CNTT và BPR, sang giai đoạn “DX thực sự”, nơi AI, IoT, robot và tự động hóa được tích hợp trực tiếp vào hoạt động thực tế.
Trong bối cảnh này, nhóm hiệp hội của chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục mở rộng các hoạt động của Hiệp hội Thúc đẩy Robot và Tự động hóa, phối hợp chặt chẽ với Hiệp hội Thúc đẩy AI & IoT. Chúng tôi tin tưởng rằng việc đào tạo nguồn nhân lực có khả năng tích hợp và triển khai các công nghệ này tại hiện trường là yếu tố không thể thiếu cho tương lai của Nhật Bản.
Năm nay đánh dấu giai đoạn đầu tiên trong quá trình các công nghệ đa dạng hội tụ và DX tại Nhật Bản bước vào giai đoạn chuyển đổi thực chất. Nhóm hiệp hội của chúng tôi sẽ tiếp tục nỗ lực thực hiện DX thực tiễn, lấy hiện trường làm trung tâm, nhằm đóng góp vào sự phát triển bền vững của doanh nghiệp, khu vực và toàn xã hội.
Rất mong tiếp tục nhận được sự chỉ đạo và hợp tác của quý vị trong năm tới.
